Our vacation rental, with 80 square meters of living space, can accommodate 1–4 people. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and TV, is a great place to relax. The modern, fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker—has everything you could want. The vacation rental has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer, rounds out the overall experience. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings on the balcony. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. If the full amount is not transferred by 14 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.70 EUR per person per night (adults) will be charged additionally on site. Included in the base price: towels and bed linens (provided once upon arrival), Wi-Fi, and parking.
