The 80-square-meter vacation home features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, automatic coffee maker, electric kettle), a dining room, and a modern bathroom. A staircase leads to the open-concept living area with a large pull-out couch and a smart TV. Wi-Fi is also available. Through the panoramic window, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the NATO towers at Hohenbogen. A free parking space is available right in front of the vacation home. Welcome to our cozy vacation home with a large garden for your exclusive use in Liebenstein, near Bad Kötzting in the Upper Bavarian Forest. The quietly situated house is ideal for hiking, biking, boat trips on the Regen River, or simply relaxing. The Bavarian Forest also offers many attractions, such as the Großer Arber (40 km), the WaldWipfelWeg in Sankt Englmar (25 km), and Regensburg (80 km). The border with the Czech Republic is also only 20 km away. With the GUTI guest card, you can use trains and buses for free. You’ll also receive discounts and special offers at many recreational facilities. The deposit is 20% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: 2.50 EUR per person per night (ages 16 and up); 1.50 EUR for children ages 6 through 15. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
