The daily walk over the sand dune to the water will be just as much a part of your daily routine as eating meals together. Jump from the bathing bridge into the water of the fjord or cast your fishing rod here in the evening. With a bit of luck and skill, you might catch dinner for your family. For day trips, we recommend the town of Vejle with its cozy streets, several museums and good restaurants or the historic town of Fredericia with its square network of streets and idyllic location on the Little Belt. Adventure parks such as Givskud Zoo or Legoland are also within easy reach.
