Ferien in Nordfriesland Abseits des Massentourismus Ferienwohnung Klaar Kimming

Our Klaar Kimming vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our farmhouse, which was completely renovated in 2010–11. It is very comfortably furnished and modernly equipped. There is ample space for 2 people. The main room features a couch, an armchair, a dining table, and a kitchenette with a large refrigerator, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher.



The bedroom has a 180x200 cm double bed and a wardrobe.



In the alcove off the living room, you’ll find the vacuum cleaner and space for suitcases.



The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, a smart TV via satellite, and high-speed fiber-optic internet.



The house is heated by a geothermal heat pump, making it completely emission-free. From April through October, we meet our electricity needs using the solar panel system on the addition. A windmill to cover electricity needs in the winter is in the planning stages.

The Hattstedtermarsch is a landscape conservation area and borders the Beltringharder Koog, which was completed in 1987. Until then, the dike visible from the house was a sea dike. The Beltringharder Koog is one of Schleswig-Holstein’s largest nature reserves and a breeding ground for many coastal birds, as well as a wintering ground for hundreds of thousands of geese from October through May.



There are several bird-watching stations in the Koog. Take a vacation away from mass tourism and enjoy the peace and quiet of the marshlands. Our location is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and road trips to explore the North Sea coast.
