Inside the house you will find a modern and cosy interior style with a new tiled stove in the living room downstairs and a modern kitchen with a large, practical corner bench upstairs. Enjoy a good night's sleep in the comfortable bedrooms, where you can sleep and dream in the fresh country air. Let your children discover the children's room with its play corner and keep them busy.



Send your children into the garden where they can let off steam. There is a trampoline, swing, play equipment and, for the older ones, a table tennis table and basketball hoop as well as lots of outdoor games. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine on the garden furniture with a view of the mountains. You can securely charge two e-bikes in your own storage room.



If you want to explore the area, a wide range of sporting and cultural activities await you. There are hiking trails, cycle paths, the child-friendly Neukirchen ski lift and cross-country ski trails right on the doorstep. Lake Chiemsee is just a few minutes' drive away, where you can discover King Ludwig's unfinished New Herrenchiemsee Palace as well as the Augustinian monastery or the Benedictine Frauenwörth Abbey, founded in the 8th century. In the immediate vicinity, you can explore the Wendelstein cog railway, the Kampenwand with its unique view of the Central Alps and the Alpine foothills, the magnificent Königssee lake, the fairytale adventure park in Marquartstein, real mammoths in the Stone Age village of Siegsdorf or spend a relaxing time at the Prienavera adventure pool.



You should also plan a trip to Salzburg. The Austrian Alpine metropolis not only offers you fantastic operas, theatre and concerts, as the Salzburg Festival is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Mozart's birthplace, the DomQuartier consisting of eight museums, the Hohensalzburg Fortress, Hellbrunn and Mirabell Palaces and experience some fantastic gastronomy. For children there is Salzburg Zoo, the House of Nature and the Toy Museum or you can take them on a cookery course for apple strudel or Salzburger Nockerln!
