Modern property with lots of space to relax. The soft furnishings- bedlinen and towels need a refresh. The sun loungers also need to be replaced or have a deep clean. We had issues with the electricity whilst staying and it was very difficult to find someone to help us js. The agent Novasol were useless and unhelpful, referring us to a “help desk” based in Venice. It took us 8 hours to persuade the owner to come out and sort the matter out. Meanwhile, we had no electricity. On our return home the owner said our deposit would be returned to our bank. After chasing 6 times the agent told us to contact the owner because they have a month to return the money which we had not been made aware of. After one month we chased again to be told to contact the owner direct. Eventually after chasing constantly we had our refund but it took almost 2 months. This is not acceptable and we would caution anyone booking this house.
