Vacation Apartment 11 in the “Duhner Düne” building is located on the 2nd floor and is right next to the beach—right in the center of Cuxhaven-Duhnen. This modern, 3-room, non-smoking apartment faces west toward Wattenweg, offering a particularly pleasant, light-filled atmosphere.
A small entryway leads directly into the open living area and the shower room. The bright living room is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The large French windows let in plenty of natural light and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The adjoining kitchen was completely renovated in 2022 and features high-quality appliances: an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator-freezer—ideal for guests who enjoy cooking for themselves while on vacation.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms:


one with a double bed,


and one with two single beds, both equipped with a closet.

An underground parking space is included with the apartment. You can access the building directly from the underground garage, and the elevator takes you conveniently to the 2nd floor.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
