Just a stone's throw away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this dream villa on the canal, completed in 2020, is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation.

The sweeping views from your private pool terrace are vacation feeling pure.

At Coconut Bay in Cape Coral you can relax in a bright vacation villa furnished with great attention to detail. Fully equipped and modernly furnished, Coconut Bay offers everything you need for the best time of the year.

The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped bathroom. There is a 55'' Smart TV in each bedroom.
In addition, there is an 80'' Smart TV in the living room for relaxed movie nights.

Enjoy the spacious terrace with heated pool. While you relax or swim, your children can splash around in the shallow water zone. Whether you're a sunlover or prefer the shade, you'll find your favorite spot all year round.

In the evening, you can relax in the heated hot tub and watch the breathtaking sunset as the day draws to a close.

You can moor your boat at the existing dock right in front of the property. Sufficient mooring lines and cleats are available. Only a short drive through the canals separates you from the Gulf of Mexico.

Villa Coconut Bay is located in a quiet residential area. In addition to a supermarket and various restaurants, Camelot Park with a playground and free pickleball and tennis courts is in the immediate vicinity.

Everything was perfect. Nice quiet area, convenient to just about everything you needed or wanted to do. This place was more than expected, the pool was awesome, the house was clean and the entire area was just amazing. A vacation where you just never want to leave. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Hello Justin, I'm very happy you had a pleasant stay. As is customary in vacation homes, we provide 1-2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag in the trash can, and a spare under the sink. There's also always a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Each guest usually provides their own supplies. If the basic supplies weren't there, please let me know. Best regards, Manfred

We truly enjoyed our 2 month stay. We plan to return again. The house was just as pictured and more. We enjoyed the pool and spa alot. And the view to the canal was great. We saw mantees having fun right by the boat pier. We are very fussy about cleanliness, and found the home very clean and well taken care of. Check in was very easy and we were greeted the next day by the manager who explained everything to us about the house. Any time we needed something the manager, Chris, was very prompt and friendly in his response. We definitely recommend the home.

Relaxing Family Getaway

What a perfect home for 3 couples to share. Ours happened to be family.. enough private space if needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Kitchenware is perfect. Along with the abundant choices of cooking spices. Loved how there were extra coffee cups.. Like how did they know we needed those? The Marina and Rumrunners and an oyster bar are very close. And so many other convenient places close. The home was clean, well appointed and spacious. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely. Based on everything you’ve shared, here’s a warm, balanced review that sounds like you:We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to relax. We especially enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock, and the peaceful neighborhood—it made for a truly relaxing vacation.The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and day trips to beaches and attractions. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area.We did have a small issue with the pool/spa system when we arrived, but the property management team responded quickly and resolved it without any hassle, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a fantastic week and made some wonderful family memories. We’d happily stay here again!It gives them credit where it’s due, mentions the one hiccup fairly, and leaves future guests with an accurate picture. Hallo, eine perfekte Immobilie für den Urlaub in Cape Coral. Das Haus ist neu, modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Der Pool ist groß, und die Temperatur kann man dank Poolheizung selbst bestimmen. Das gleiche gilt natürlich auch für den HotPot.Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, dass auch alles funktioniert. Vor Ort gibt es einen Verwalter für Checkin und Checkout. Beides hat wie verabredet problemlos funktioniert. Der zusätzlichen Energiebedarf wird beim Checkout abgerechnet. Wir waren mit 4 Dollar pro Tag dabei. Finden wir vollkommen in Ordnung. BBQ steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Ausreichend Gas war vorhanden. Handtücher in ausreichender Zahl sind vorhanden.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses.Vielen Dank
