Private: garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 145 - 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.7 km, riding stable 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
