Wake up every morning to unparalleled ocean, beach, and pool views from your furnished balcony, the ideal place to start your day with a cup of coffee. If you're up for a brunch more than a breakfast, the fully-equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials has your back. You'll even find a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. This family-friendly abode grants guests the convenience of having an on-site washer/dryer–if things get sandy, all you have to do is throw your clothes into the washer/dryer and forget about everything else. Book this incredible waterfront condo to experience a memorable stay at the beach. Also, you and your friends will have access to shared on-site amenities such as a hot tub, fitness center, children's pool, indoor/outdoor pools, and more.



What's nearby:

Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property-specific websites.



Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!



Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!



DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Great view, pools were closed in our tower leading to overcrowded pools and hot tubs. Parking is HORRIBLE. The parking garage was built for Yugos, Chevettes, & Sparks.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean. Spacious. View was phenomenal. Will be back in the future.

Love this unit!

This is our second time staying in 1702 and we love it. It’s spacious and comfortable, very clean, and perfect for our vacation. We love the Bay Watch resort and we’ve been visiting here for years. There are so many pools and the staff is always wonderful.

Great place to stay

This condo is beautiful, spacious, and the view is amazing. The resort facilities are outstanding. With having 5 kids with us ages from teens to 8 yr old everyone had something to do all the time. The staff here is so friendly. I will definitely book here again!

Loved this condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The ocean views from each room were spectacular! Everything was clean! The resort smelled fresh and there were constant people cleaning the hallways and elevators. We read that the owners live here 6 months out of the year, and you can tell it is well cared for. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Great vacation

My family and I loved this place the view is great even though I was scared to be at the top level I loved it and how each room could go out to the balcony also the only thing is that there is a shortage in the carts to bring things in but over all the times I interacted with the staff very helpful and friendly the bar seemed a bit over priced for the very little amount of alcohol in the drinks, loved how I was able to check in before 4 and use the pools and discounts since I arrived early definitely booking here again

Anniversary Trip

He spent our anniversary here and overall it was nice. The cons: the parking is horrible and we had to carry out things up….Not enough carts!! And when we left we had to carry our things down. Finding carts is like finding gold.

Gorgeous Ocean view

We loved our stay at the beach. The ocean views are wonderful. But, the room really needs some help. Most chairs at table very wobbly. Only the 2 small burners work on the stove. The front desk checks on you and asks if you need anything , but never delivered our request for a paper towel roll. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great View, Terrible Mattresses, Reasonable Price

The view! You can't go wrong with a view that high up facing the ocean. The price was reasonable, great water pressure and the condo was quite nice. Lots of pools and hots tubs too. Mattresses need a real update and though this was supposed to be a smoke free condo, almost every time we would go out on our balcony to smell the ocean, we had to smell cigarette smoke instead. Overall though, we would recommend this condo.

Change rules without warning customers

Front desk was rude. Paid $1400.00 for 3 days. Couldn’t park my golf cart on the Premises. Paid 200 to park my trailer. I I’ll never stay here again!

Condo was fine building is way outdated

The condo was fine however we shared a little foyer with another condo so when we left or they left we disturbed each other. The building itself is very very old and most of the pools were closed. We would book somewhere else due to the very old building.

For the money, it could use a overhaul

The view is amazing. However the stench that greets you at every area in this hotel are disgusting. The walls in our room were filthy, along with the counters and fridge handle..the room all together could use a facelift. It's a modge podge of decor and old outdated mismatched furniture. The beds were good and pillows were awesome! The beds were clean. The main window on the balcony leaked air and water. We had lots of water coming in when Hurricane Elsa was there. It was a decent place, great beds and beautiful view, but for almost 3 grand I would of thought the property would of been cleaner and more updated.

Satisfactory

Loved the privacy of the balcony being on the edge of the building. Plenty of pillows which was amazing. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room before our check-in. We did enjoy our stay and would stay here again, but we did run into some issues. Keeping the room tidy during our stay was tough. Had a small broom but no dust pan. No vacuum for the carpet. Had to call maintenance to fix the balcony door handle as soon as we got there. The kitchen table and chairs were extremely wobbly. We didn’t sit at the table much due to that. The dresser in the main bedroom has seen better days. But that wasn’t a big deal. Had a couple big spiders in the bedrooms and we definitely were not fans of that! A couple of the stove burners didn’t work. The hallway toilet had trouble flushing several times. The main lamp light in the king bed room didn’t work. Aside from all of that we had a comfortable stay! This is our second year staying at baywatch. We enjoy the options for both adults and our toddler without all the craziness further south!
