Waipani Unit A-18 Condo

Summary:

Ocean-view condo, 1 block from beach with enclosed balcony & pool

The Space:

This charming condo on the 3rd floor, accessed only by stairs, offers the perfect coastal getaway just one block from the beach! Start each day with coffee and an ocean view from your fully enclosed balcony, then slip into your swimsuit and head for the sand. When it’s time to explore further afield, you’re within just a few minutes’ drive of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, mini-golf, and Main Street, just six blocks away.

You’ll find bright nautical decor at home, an open layout, and lots of space to gather with loved ones. Don your chef’s hat and step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to turn out mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the adjacent table.

After relaxing at the complex pool or on the sand, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the in-home washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Throw some steaks on the grill in the shared grilling area, or keep dinner even more straightforward with a visit to a local restaurant. Watch a bit of TV, use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or unplug entirely with a quiet night of conversation back out on the balcony. The Myrtle Beach getaway you’ve been dreaming of awaits - all that’s left to do is book it.

Love this property management company. Have rented several places before and everything is always well stocked and managed when they are involved. The place was nicely done, comfortable and great location near beach and walking about a mile to restaurants and shops. Nice they allow dog. One of few apartments in building that has ocean view still from balcony

Lovely condo; very well furnished in a beach theme. My daughter and I stayed and we are both in great shape. It is on the 3rd floor w/ no elevator, but not a problem for us--The only small negative is the whack a doodle parking lot--very tight to drive around in (almost seems it is for golf carts / not cars). They need to post signs how to get out of the lot--we drove around in circles a few times. Nice ocean view from the wonderful porch!

It was perfect. Clean and quiet area so it wasn't overwhelming. Most people in the complex were elderly so taking a family was great because we basically had the pool to ourselves and they're wasn't any partying going on. Just great for a family stay. Only downside is 3rd floor walk up.

Feels like a beach home

The moment you walk in it felt like a beach home, from the decor to the amenities , they were perfect. It had some flaws but that’s minor just like any home, overall it would give if a 9/10.

The property was in ok shape, the unit was dated and could use a little TLC. Didn't know it was a 3rd floor walkup, got tired of the steps. Great location to the beach and to Main St.

Great location

Quaint condo, you can see the ocean. The screened porch was nice to sit out on. Our ice maker wasn’t working which was tough because we were there where every day there was a heat advisory. After some lack of communication I spoke with a supervisor and communicated with a local tech. They were both extremely helpful.

Beach house

the apartment was as described, well located, we just think that they don't care about the maintenance, we had some problems with the refrigerator ice machine, other things, we hope that the person who is responsible for the property will be more agile in the maintenance and commitment to the customer

Christmas at NMB

Very nice condo with great ocean views! However, no elevator was an issue for us. We knew this going in but wanted to see if it worked for us. Elevator would have been nice! We are in the market to buy a condo in NMB and just wanted to see how a third floor with no elevator would work for us.

Family Vacation

Condo was nice and updated except for the bathroom. New flooring and appliances. Only downside were the bathrooms. Toilet paper holder in bathroom with tub was broken. The tub/shower combo was painted and the paint was peeling. Tub/shower should be replaced.

Do not book this place. I’m fighting to get my money back. It was not very clean and it has roaches! Never have I stayed anywhere that I saw a live roach run across the floor! The first thing we noticed unpacking is no trash bag in the trash can but a hair ball in the bottom. Then another huge hair ball in the living room. The utensils canister on the counter were dirty. It just felt yucky. But we put a trash bag in the trash can, luckily I brought my own. Got up the hair on the floor. Later that night we are watching tv and a roach comes running across the floor!! We killed it. And then was worried about the place. Made sure our suitcases were zipped up and went to bed. I couldn’t sleep for worrying a roach could be in the bed. Next morning first thing we are in the kitchen and another roach comes running out. I was done!!! As we are looking around more… there was 6 ant traps on the kitchen counters and 2 plug ins that are ultrasonic pest detection. So obviously they know they have an issue. We packed our bags as fast as we could and had to find a hotel! I sent a message to Vacasa in the midst of all of this. They have responded but I have been told they have contacted their local team and waiting on an update to please be patient. It’s been 3 days and I still get that same response. I had to pay for a hotel and this condo that is not fit to stay in. Seeing 2 live roaches less than 12 hours is gross and we shouldn’t have to pay for the nights we left.
