ホームには、キングサイズのベッド、専用バスルーム、テレビ、ウォークインクローゼットを備えたマスターベッドルームがあります。 2番目のベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドとテレビがあります。 3番目のベッドルームには、ツインベッド2台と、DVDとVHSテープを再生するテレビがあります。 リビングルームにクイーンサイズのソファーベッドがあります。

The home is amazing and has just about everything you need for a week at the beach. Lanne checked in once in a while to make sure everything was ok and to make sure we didn’t need anything, which was nice. The backyard was my two dogs favorite amenity and they enjoyed exploring, sniffing and sunbathing and we felt comfortable enough to allowing them to entertain themselves to their hearts content. It’s also just a short easy walk or drive to the beach so we were able to enjoy the beach while knowing that our dogs were lounging around safe and comfy in a dog friendly home. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location, great host!

Lanne's Casa was more than the photos give it credit for! The house is beautiful and historic! It is well furnished, well stocked, and just 3 blocks from the beach. The lush greenery of plants and trees in the backyard and on the deck made you feel like you were on more of an tropical island than Myrtle Beach. It was so peaceful! Lanne was a wonderful, attentive host that greeted us and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. My mother, my boyfriend, my 2 dogs, and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!

So Dog Gone Good!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lanne's Dog Friendly Casa in North Myrtle Beach! The home was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. One of the biggest highlights was how truly dog friendly it was. Our pups felt right at home, and it was such a relief to stay somewhere that welcomed them as part of the family.The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants, shops, and all the attractions we wanted to hit. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, making it a great place to relax after a day out.Lanne was a fantastic host. Responsive, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in offering a top-notch experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway with their furry friends!

Absolutely breathtaking

There’s a never ending list of reasons I loved this place. From the great hospitality as we arrived to the awesome late check out we were given to enjoy the last bit of our trip. There was so much to appreciate and enjoy constantly here. This house stands out just as much in person as it does in pictures with the beautiful greenery surrounding the house. I loved it here and would enjoy staying again

Cute cottage Dog Friendly with private backyard

My husband and adult son stayed here with our 2 dogs. It is located about 2 stop signs back from the ocean. A little more than we wanted to walk but could be walked. We were there for a family wedding so the beach was not the primary focus of the location. We would have overlooked this house from the front but you have to enter and see the house and the private backyard to appreciate the absolute gem that this place is. This house does have steps inside so may not be perfect for those who have mobility issues. We found it perfect. My son's room was on one end, our master was on the other. That was a plus. Full kitchen looked to be well stock but we did not utilize that with a multitude of restaurants around the house. Let me say the back yard made this place fantastic. The trees are grown around the fence so the space feels very private and hidden. My dogs loved it. Lanne was wonderful as a property owner. She met us and got the house opened up. She checked on us via text and even suggested some events that were taking place while we were there if we wanted to check it out. The house rules were simple clear and easy to ashere and follow. We will stay here for future trips because it is close to our family and the dogs were welcome and enjoyed the location.

Another year at Lanne's cottage

This place is the most unique cottage we have rented. It is well furnished, clean, great kitchen with a k-cup coffee maker. Lanne has furnished it eclectically yet it has the obvious TV, washer dryer hidden behind closed doors. Looking forward to staying here in the future. .

We will be back!

The home was just perfect for our vacay w our dogs! Lanna welcomed us and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed everything from the comfy couch to the screened in porch and fenced yard. She has the home well stocked with everything you need to truly enjoy your stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Everything we needed!

Lanne, the property owner, was fantastic. She kept in contact, but wasn't "intrusive". And such a wonderful personality!! The property itself was exactly what we needed for us and our two dogs. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay

Great get away

Lanne was a great host. House was very clean and she was such a sweetheart to talk to during booking and then meeting in person she was so warm and hospitable. House was very close to many things including the beach, neighborhood was quiet and safe, . Couldn’t have had a better time. Also loved the decor, the awesome deck and the screened porch. Cozy family get away

Leanne’s casa was very cozy and well equipped and stocked with everything from kitchen, to bedrooms to bathrooms. Even though we were under a hurricane and tropical storm Debbie, the house withstood it with flying colors and we were able to still enjoy each other and relax. Lanne was always checking in on us to make sure we were okay. Thx Lanne!

Just the Beach Vibe We Needed

Lanne’s place in N Myrtle Beach is the most fun we’ve had at a VRBO to date. The property is just the cutest bungalow, but one with a cool history. There were 6 in our group, plus our dog, and we never felt on top of one another. The sitting and lounging areas were perfect for board games, breakfasts, and relaxing. It’s literally the perfect embodiment of a laid back beach trip. Lanne is very welcoming and the check in and out process was super easy.

Loved the stay.

The pictures do not do justice for the size of the house, you are not ontop of one another. The kitchen has anything and everything you would need; dishes, microwave, pressure cooker, air fryer, oven, stove. I enjoyed this property better than most. The screen in patio area was our favorite spot. Backyard has tons of shade, but still area on deck to sun bath. Host is excellent. Neighborhood is wonderful, very close to the beach and everything eles. No fighting traffic either, able to have extra time for more activities.

Nice historical house!

Oasis by the beach!

It was perfect for us and our two dogs. Beautiful enclosed back porch off the living room that offered bird watching and solitude overlooking a lush, fenced in backyard. Night time dog potty breaks were easy since house was not elevated like a lot of homes in Myrtle. Well equipped kitchen and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. 10 minute walk to beach. The owner was absolutely marvelous!!

Absolutely Wonderful

We had a great time at Lanne’s house. She had everything covered and it was Christmas weekend and she even had the tree up for us as well as all the trimmings. She is thoughtful and covers all your needs, whether it is extra tp or extra olive oil. We didn’t want for anything! Thank you Lanne!

Good with more bad

Let me say that Lanne is a wonderful host. The Good: Walk to the beach is 10 min. or a 1.5 min drive. you will have to pay $3 per hour 9am-5pm for parking The house is close to everything. It had enough room for my teens to have their own rooms. and 2 bathrooms. Now the Bad-We brought our dog with us and the #1 reason I chose this house was for the fenced in "backyard" There is no yard it is filled with plants and lawn decorations. So many bird baths and bowls that had nasty standing water in them. The yard was a breeding ground for mosquitoes, within seconds you were covered in bites. We never used the backyard, I took the dog out front to do her business. The front bedroom never was cool, it has 3 fans in there to help with the heat. Things you should know that are not listed-AC temps had to be 75 daytime 72 nights. This wasn't a problem for us because we keep our house at 73, but if you're someone who likes it super cool this could be an issue.In the book it asks you to clean all of the counter tops and vacuum before you leave because she doesn't charge a cleaning fee. There were bars of soap left in both showers from the previous guests. The beds were hard and the couches had holes in them. When Lanne walked us around the house she showed us her very old stove and said the oven works but you have to guess at the temp. We never used the stove or oven. The last 2 nights, no fault of Lannes, there was a squirrel in the wall by the master bedroom that kept us up.

Amazing place!

Felt right at home from the first day. Kitchen is fully equipped with an Aldi and Walmart about 2 miles away. I loved being able to enjoy our meals at the house. Our host was very friendly and went up and above for us. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing Rental

Had a great long weekend at Lanne’s. Great communication which made the entire rental process go smoothly. This is the most unique property, it makes you feel at home. The back yard is great if your traveling with your dog. Loved sitting on the screened in porch. Will definitely rent again.

My husband and I own a little locals bar and grill in Little River ( Rickey's Dockside) and I also have a local art / consignment store called Galerie D' Artsy Fartsy also in Little River. The house is very centrally located to all the attractions of North Myrtle Beach. Walking distance to the beach and public parking for beach at the end of the street. We are serious animal lovers and know how difficult it is to find places that will allow pets. The back yard is fenced in and even our escape artisits can't get out!
