Enjoy your vacation in our well-maintained vacation rental. It’s located just about a 15-minute walk from Kissingen’s downtown area, home to the Regentenbau, Wandelhalle, Kurpark, Rosengarten, Luitpoldpark, theater, cafes, restaurants, and shops. With the Kurkarte, you can also ride the city bus for free; the bus stop is right next to our vacation rental.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to downtown, both on foot and via a convenient bus route. Shops for daily necessities, doctors, a pharmacy, and sports and recreational activities are all within easy reach.

Our vacation apartment features a separate, new kitchen; a bathroom with natural light, a bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine, and a sink with a vanity cabinet. The spacious living and dining room offers a large sleeper sofa, a TV with internet access (Netflix/Disney+), and double sliding doors leading to the terrace. There is a large built-in closet in the hallway and a spacious bedroom that also features double sliding doors leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is a smaller room that can be used as a home office or a children’s room.
A parking space is available.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2020. Among other things, new high-quality flooring was installed, new doors were fitted, and the bathroom was completely remodeled.
