You can collect shells or fly kites with your children. If you feel like going on an excursion, you are not far from Røsnøs, for example, which offers magnificent coastal landscapes and views. The islands of Nekselø or Sejerø are also worth a day trip and can be reached by ferry from Havnsø. A few kilometers away is the medieval town of Kalundborg with its cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, good stores and the unique five-towered church.
