The villa is located on an eco-friendly and self-sufficient property where you can fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of island life. Since it is a self-sufficient villa that draws electricity from solar panels, it does not offer a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster or microwave and the use of air conditioning is limited, but thanks to the favourable location and the old stone construction, the villa also offers very pleasant temperatures.

In front of the villa there is a private seawater pool and a terrace with barbecue and dining table, where you are sure to spend peaceful summer evenings under the stars.

The beautiful interior of the villa exudes a cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a kitchen with a spacious dining room and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as a separate toilet, while on the first floor you will find a living room, two more comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The room is dominated by warm colours, stone walls and wooden beams, which give the impression that you are actually in a captain's house, where only peace and the sound of the waves prevail. Another special feature of this house is that a gravel path leads to it, which adds to the experience of unspoilt nature. A boat mooring is available in front of the villa on request. The host of the villa lives in the house next door and is on hand to offer help and advice.
