Villa Lemi is a modern single-storey villa in Kanfanar, surrounded by the green hills of central Istria. This charming villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms. Upon entering the villa, the small hallway leads you into the spacious area where the living and dining room are connected to the fully equipped kitchen. From here you enter the covered terrace opposite the summer kitchen, where you can prepare your delicious barbecues right next to the inviting pool. Three bedrooms with double beds are furnished with great care. While two of the bedrooms have air conditioning, one also has its own bathroom. The location of the villa is well suited for visiting other nearby towns or exploring the exciting Istrian hinterland, which is characterised by unspoilt nature, local produce and opportunities to visit wine routes or spend your holiday actively cycling or hiking. Your holiday starts at Villa Lemi, located in the small village of Kanfanar in the Istrian hinterland. In the area of Kanfanar you will find one of the most important monuments in Istria - the medieval town of Dvigrad. On one side you are surrounded by hills and green meadows, while on the other side the beautiful Adriatic Sea is only a short drive away (19 km near Rovinj). Try Istrian specialities such as truffles, fui (traditional Istrian pasta), prosciutto and fish specialities as well as the famous glass of Istrian Malvasia. The town of Rovinj, a former fishing village known for its beauty, is within easy reach of the villa if you are travelling by car. Rovinj is often described as one of the most romantic Croatian towns because of its narrow streets, warm atmosphere and beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from the coast. In the surroundings of Rovinj you will find numerous hiking and cycling trails, where you can enjoy water sports and sunbathe on the beautiful beaches.
