Awesome home in Fazana

This beautiful villa is located in the rural area of Pula, overlooking the magnificent Adriatic Sea and the Brijuni Islands, one of Croatia's national parks. The villa is suitable for up to six people as it consists of three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one has two single beds. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with cosy sofas, a dining area with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meals from the gas barbecue in the shade of the covered terrace, overlooking the pool area. The villa is set on a 2300 m2 plot, is fully fenced and offers three private parking spaces. Relax on the sun loungers next to the beautiful private pool, while the little ones have fun on the swings and slide. Four bicycles are available for you to explore the surrounding area. Villa Felice offers everything for a pleasant family holiday, close to the sea and all the necessary amenities. The villa is air-conditioned and has wifi. Please note: Youth groups are not allowed.

The beautiful Villa Felice is located in Faana, a charming small Istrian fishing village in the south-western part of Istria. Nowadays many tourists visit Faana. Faana offers the magnificent crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea, unspoilt nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during the summer months: kola soljenje sardele (the school of sardine salting), Mehr na stolu (the sea on the table), a ribari znaju (What the fishermen can do), Feta od sardela (the sardine festival) ... From Faana you have the opportunity to take a boat and visit the Brijuni Islands, the fabulous national park. You can play golf on the Brijuni Islands. Faana is only 10 km away from Pula, a town rich in cultural heritage and famous for its Roman amphitheatre.

Lovely and well equipped house (especially the kitchen), spacious property in a quiet location! Walking distance to the centre of Fazana (or the city beach), or only a quick bike ride through the olive gardens. Different beaches near by (many of them with free parking), we used car to explore the coast. About 15 Minutes ride to Pula and different rocky beaches in the surrounding. Good communication with the owner, who cares about your privacy. We had a really great time in Villa Felice! Thank you Kristina, Igor and Maja!

Ich kann mich nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen. Die Villa ist ein Traum, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Was uns persönlich gut gefallen hat war die Umgebung, besonders die ruhige Lage. Ein großes Dankeschön an Maja, Kristina und Igor welche alle sehr, sehr nett waren. Besonders nett fanden wir das Willkommensgeschenk. Danke nochmal. Wir haben uns alle sehr gut erholt.

Wir hatten einen tollen ruhigen Familienurlaub (6 Personen) in der Villa Felice. Wir könnten auf Anfrage 2 Stunden davor einchecken und das Anwesen bereits bei Ankunft (ca. 11Uhr) betreten um zu parken und am Poll zu warten bzw. die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Übergabe war sehr angehen und professionell ,auch gab es etwas süßes und Olivenöl als Begrüßung. Bei Anliegen wurde immer sofort reagiert und das ganze Team war stehts sehr bemüht. Wie fast überall gibt es natürlich auch Kleinigkeiten die Luft nach oben lassen, aber dass wäre dann schon jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau. Wir hatten eine Tolle Zeit (Juli 2023)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Felice. Es ist sauber und alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Es fehlte an nichts und die kleinen Details machen es sehr gemütlich. Man kann einen Ausschnitt des Meeres sehen, was es nur gemütlicher macht, wenn man in einem umzäunten Garten in Mitten von angrenzenden Olivenhainen sitzt. Wer die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, kann sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es nicht weit zum Meer. Und kann dann man am Meer entlang laufen oder radeln, oder sich in Fazana aufhalten. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation vor, während und nach der Reise durch die Vermieter/in Kristina und Igor waren sehr gut. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Maja verlief sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Viele Grüße an die Kristina und Igor von Karla und Nicolette
