Welcome to your perfect desert escape in beautiful St. George! Nestled in a resort-style community, this beautifully appointed ground-floor condo is more than just a place to stay; it’s a place to unwind, recharge, and feel right at home.

The spacious open-concept living area offers plush seating, a full-size sofa, and multiple armchairs, perfect for lounging after a day of adventure. A well-equipped kitchenette with an island and barstools invites casual meals and late-night snacks, complete with a coffee maker, microwave, two-burner stove, toaster oven, and full-size French-door fridge.



Retreat to the inviting primary suite featuring a four-poster bed, soft lighting, and a private work nook, ideal if you're mixing business with pleasure. The St. George area is known for many outdoor activities, famous golf courses, a new pickle ball court, and close proximity to Zion and Snow Canyon National Parks. You're only 15 minute drive to Kayenta Art Village While on vacation in southern Utah, enjoy a production at Tuachan Amphitheatre, located just eight and a half miles away. You'll be in a secluded location, so if you're in need to get some groceries and goodies, your best and closest option is downtown St. George, less than five and a half miles away.

Stay for Huntsman

Great place to stay. My husband competed in the Huntsman Senior Olympics and wanted to quiet, comfortable place to stay. This condo fit the bill perfectly.

Great place in St. George

This is a great condo in St. George. It’s very close to the adult only pool and it was a quiet spot. The condo was very nicely decorated. I really enjoyed the whirlpool tub after a day at one of the reservoirs.

Great spot

Loved the spacious bedroom, fireplace, and jetted bathtub! A very relaxing stay. Nice decor inside and very clean. Perfect for older children or infants. I would not suggest for toddler age…too many small decorations/knick knacks for them to get into. Would definetly stay again.

Spectacular Desert Getaway

Everything about this experience was great! VRBO staff assisted when owner was not responsive about access issues to the pool, and we were easily able to extend our stay because we enjoyed it so much. 10/10 for VRBO & 9/10 for owners of property.

Amazing experience

This rental was above expectations. Great location.super close to parking that was very convenient. Comfortable bed and great pillow choices to accommodate everyone's preferences. Extremely clean. Everything we could of possibly needed was provided.

Great Stay

The property was just as it looked in the photos. The kitchenette had plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The bathroom was well supplied with plenty of linens. The condo was conveniently located in the resort, across from the pool and steps to the carport. Should I return to St. George, I will certainly check to see if this property is available.

Great place to stay

This property is just wonderful with all the south west decor. We had or own patio .it is so open and airy.the owners went above and beyond with information of the area.first aid kit and games also we loved having roku. We did alot of exploring the area so not alot of cooking. The kitchen was more than adequate for us .Can't wait to come again.

High School MTB State Championship

What a Gem! So peaceful and relaxing. Our son was competing in the Utah High School State Championships held in Saint George. It was about 20 minutes from the race and very close to so many MTB trails. We did not get to enjoy the pools but we did spend a lot of time outside in the private patio. It was exactly what our family needed right after a very stressful race season.

St George condo

The condo was comfortable for two. It was as clean as most rental units. Unused wine glasses were dusty and the windows hadn't been washed in a long time, but otherwise, we were happy. The owner put a lot of thought into the decor. It was interesting and made the unit homey instead of stark and bare. Parking was very close to the unit.

Very cozy and accommodating place

I love the layout, the room, the bathroom. Everything I needed to cook or clean was there. I mean they even had tinfoil. I needed batteries for my remote and how to drawer batteries. I didn’t want to leave. I just kept imagining how cute it would be to have this one bedroom apartment for myself. Lol. Truly, it was perfect.

Cozy & Comfy

Overall a comfortable condo that looks exactly as featured in the pictures. It was quiet and cozy. We’ve suggested to the property management company that a binder or instructions on how to best use the kitchen appliances in the kitchenette would have been helpful as we triggered the breaker using the coffee pot, toaster oven and hot plate concurrently to prepare a light breakfast during our stay. The property management company was very responsive and we were back up and running about 15 or so minutes later. The property has a relaxing spa room to enjoy.
