Interior was clean. Carpet was dirty on stairs leading to living room. Exterior could use a little work. Especially the outside railings. Cobb webs everywhere. Alot of stairs....hard for us old folks. Kids have no problem. Otherwise, we enjoyed the house.

Perfect accommodation for our family!

This property allowed our family to spread out after hiking at Yosemite for two days. Property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described on the listing. Definitely recommend!

Groveland Golf Course Gem

Location is ideal for Pine Mountain Lake adventures. The golf course is beautiful and well maintained. The condo is very spacious with many amenities and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The pros were close proximity to the golf course, restaurant & pool. However as a guest we were not allowed to use the pool till noon, reason given is they had too much rif raf coming in by guests.If your into adventure and challenges this is a good place to stay. The walk to the front door had an old broken down staircase. The railings were not attached in places. A lawsuit waiting to happen I think. The carpets were absolutely filthy. My clean slippers were black by the time we left. I highly recommend you bring your own pots and pans as these flake off the Teflon into the food you’re preparing. The upstairs hallway lights were not working, hard to see at night. Another guest had posted pictures last year and nothing has changed since then.This the first time I’ve post it a reveal like this.

Great House, Beautiful location, incredible views

Loved the seating on the decks, lots of space, on the golf course, close to courts, pool, and food places. Master bathroom was maybe forgotten in last cleaning process… cause everything else was Great!

filthy condo. I wouldn't walk on carpet without shoes it was so dirty and stained. Couldn't use patio because of the paint and wood splintered and infested with termites. The wood on the patio trim or facia board was split and coming off the roof . Patio was very gross with old furniture and it wasn't very clean. crumbs in silverware drawer, airflow vent in hall was filthy. The condo complex is in disrepair and needs to be completely painted and the inside needs paint and updating. Creepy closets with dirty random stuff. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in

The home was well cleaned and well equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay.The third room is accessible by going out through the back door, and a little confusing at night. Instructions for dumping garbage would be helpful. A few suggestions for improvement: Add ziploc bags , alum foil and Cling wrap to take food for hikes or store. Add a light to the front since it was difficult to find the number listed and a neighbor helped us

Great host!

Lindsey was a wonderful host. Communicated with us prior to our arrival to ensure we get into the property ok. We came with two vehicles and so it was nice there was other available parking spots in front of the home. There were some kitchen tools we wished there were: larger serving spoons + bowls, a pair of scissors, but we managed to make it work.
