The villa is lovely and the views are incredible, however, there is only air-con in the bedrooms, making the kitchen and living room unbearable throughout the day and night for my family. This is falsely advertised making relaxing family time impossible unless we all stay in the bedrooms. No pool lighting and outside lighting is very poor and unsafe for my young family to be outside at night.Again the property was falsely advertised as being a 15-minute walk to the beach, when the closest beach is a 51-minute walk, you are literally at the top of the mountain. The poor communication before arrival, I didn't get an itinerary, and only learned the day before we arrived where we would collect the keys from. I had to personally chase around trying to find where we collect the keys from. This isn't acceptable the day before we fly out not knowing all these things is unprofessional and puts added stress on our travels.
