The two apartments are on separate levels within the same building and are not connected internally.



Outside, you have a private space with a garden, terrace, and barbecue—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. One on-site parking space is available, and street parking is free. One pet is allowed.



Smoking and events are not permitted. In winter, a pellet stove is available; pellets can be provided by the owner for an extra fee. Heating via air conditioning is included. Breakfast is available for an extra fee and can be requested upon arrival; it includes an Italian selection like croissants, toast, jams, and coffee, delivered at your preferred time.



Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00. Late check-in must be arranged with the owner in advance and is subject to an extra fee.
