You’ll be staying in a lovingly furnished new vacation apartment on the upper floor of an annex, located right on the Steigerwald Panoramic Trail. The apartment measures 37 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and 1–2 additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room. The beds are made up. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet; towels and a hair dryer are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, an electric stove, and an oven. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms. A self-service beverage refrigerator is located in the hallway. The apartment can also be booked for a minimum of 1 night or for 1–4 people; please inquire about prices for these options individually. Breakfast is available upon request and can be added for a fee; this option is only available for stays of 1 night. Pets are not allowed. Check-in time: 15:00 - 18:00. Check-out time: 07:00 - 10:00. Keys are handed over on-site. A crib is available free of charge. Included services: bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, parking. Additional fees: use of the washing machine. Payment is due in cash on-site or in advance via bank transfer. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. Cancellations up to 40 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price.
