This cozy vacation rental features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two separate beds. The living room, with a sweeping view of the Arber, is furnished with a super cozy sofa set, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, sink, and washing machine. Wi-Fi, the washing machine, and parking in front of the house are free of charge. Bicycles and skis can be stored in the utility room. In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings at our barbecue area in the garden. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please note that pets are not allowed here. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A crib or rollaway bed is available upon request. A visitor’s tax of 2.00 euros per person per night will be charged separately on-site. The apartment is equipped with bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, dish towels, and toilet paper. A deposit of 25% of the total price is due 10 days before arrival. Please pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.
