Apartment Nerina is located on the second floor of a residential building in Pical settlement.

It is a quiet and beautifully landscaped resort just 300 m distant from the sea and the beach, with a wide offer of activities like: tennis court, table tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, boat rental, jet skiing, bicycles, there is also a small touristic train driving in the near, numerous restaurants, and just by the sea there is a wide trail ideal for roller blading, cycling, running or just walking. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a polyvalent children's playground for football and basketball, then two smaller children's parks with swings and slides, one restaurant/pizzeria and a reading park. From the balcony of the apartment the guests can enjoy a partial sea view, the view on Porec and the island of Sv. Nikola. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the centre of the city, which is unique because of the UNESCO-protected Euphrasian basilica and numerous Roman stone streets where everyone can find something for himself from a rich gastronomic, cultural, historical and tourist offer.



Apartment Nerina with total living area of 75 sqm with a spacious, air-conditioned living room with sitting area and large LCD TV. From the living area, which is facing west, is the access to the balcony with a table and chairs. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 4 people, and a convenient bar which divides the living area from the fully equipped kitchen. The entrance to two bedrooms is from the corridor. Both of the bedrooms have a double bed, satellite-TV, and one of the bedrooms has a sleeping sofa for one child up to 12 years old. The bathroom with shower/toilet is equipped with washbasin, bidet, washing machine and hair dryer. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
