The mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The residence is popular also due to its location by the water. Available for use: children's playground, terrace and garden furniture.


Holiday resort
Reception (safe), 2 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, café, internet (WLAN) and launderette. The free WiFi covers approximately 80% of the resort. Reception is open from 8:00 to 22:00. The safe (free of charge) is located at reception (please note reception opening hours). There is a barbecue area on site; grilling is only permitted there. The credit cards “Carta Si”, “JCB” and “Maestro/EC” are also accepted. Daily visits from external persons are permitted from 8:00 to 21:00 for a fee and after prior registration of the guests for privacy reasons (costs €7.00 - €14.00/day/person).

Upon arrival, guests must register at reception and will receive an identification wristband.

If persons other than those indicated on the voucher arrive, they must pay the daily rate for “additional persons”, regardless of whether they arrive on the first day of the stay or later.


Location
Peschiera del Garda. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on an enclosed plot. Thanks to the movable interior walls, various rooms can be created as needed, which can be larger or more intimate. Peace and wellbeing in the midst of nature, right on Lake Garda: the campsite is very close to the best parks in the area. It offers a wide range of services to meet all needs (swimming pools, cookery school, entertainment & kids’ club), a large green area with an equipped playground (including on sand). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. It is not possible to park the car directly at the mobile home. Guests must park in the campsite’s central car park. One parking space is included per booking. Additional parking spaces are available for a fee.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early April to early September, 15 m x 25 m). Children’s pool (10 m x 20 m). Swimming caps are mandatory at the pool. The pool is open from 10:00 to 19:00 and sun loungers and parasols are available for a fee. There is pool entertainment approximately from 01 June to 31 August. A separate baby pool (10 x 20 m) is also available.


Leisure
In the complex: table tennis, bike rental and boat rental. Animation for children. Canoes and paddle boats can be hired on the premises for a fee. Boccia and football can also be played for a fee. There are 2 boccia courts, a football pitch and a basketball court at the resort. Beach volleyball can be played free of charge. These services must be booked directly on site on arrival. The children's entertainment programme is for children aged 4 to 14. It is open approximately from 01/06 to 30/08 daily from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

The entrance to your mobile home is located on the ground floor and is covered. Living room with sitting area, TV, dining area (5 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds). Bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed and the third bed is a pull-out bed and is located downstairs in the bunk bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with electric stove (induction stove), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and The coffee machine is a filter coffee machine. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
