Ninna is a nice apartment located in a small place Drobezija in central Istria between Buzet and Motovun. Surrounded with untouched nature with a beautiful view on the Istrian lake Butoniga.

Apartment Ninna is situated in one of the terraced houses that are built in 1890 and is completely renovated in 2017. In the village, there are only a few houses of which only three are inhabited or for rent. On guests' disposal, there is a yard with a partial covered terrace with dining table and barbecue and two parking spaces.



Apartment for 4 guests with a total living area of 54 sqm is situated on high ground floor with living area with dining table, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, smaller storage room, shower/toilet that is reachable from the porch on the apartment entrance. In the loft, there is one more air-conditioned double bedroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
