The 43 m² apartment, renovated in early 2024, is centrally located at the foot of the Schlossberg, about 5 minutes from Stadtpark, and can accommodate up to four guests (pull-out sofa). It’s an ideal base for exploring Graz—all attractions and universities are within easy reach. The apartment is very well-connected; bus and tram stops, restaurants, and supermarkets are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery and café are just around the corner.

The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a comfortable bed and a pull-out sofa; it can accommodate up to four people, and the dining table can also be extended to seat four if needed. The floor features solid wood plank flooring. A fully equipped kitchen rounds out the perfect living experience. In the bathroom, guests have access to a washer-dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Of course, the apartment has Wi-Fi.



The apartment is located right in the heart of Geidorf, one of Graz’s most beautiful residential neighborhoods. The Mur River is about 5 minutes away, and the Karl-Franzens University can be reached in 10 minutes. One of Graz’s local recreational areas, the Rosenhain, is right next door. The city center is also just a 10-minute walk away; the route leads either through the Stadtpark and the Paulustor or along the Mur bike path.
