Relax on your private 20 m² terrace facing southeast, overlooking the Beauregard, Aiguille, and Balme mountains. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating, two loungers, and a private plancha. You also have access to a covered terrace and a private garden.
The residence is in the Confins valley, 1.2 km from the ski link to Balme and Bossonnet, 1.8 km from Bossonnet lifts, and 2.4 km from the village center. The shuttle stop is 150 m away, and Annecy is 30 km away. On-site parking offers shared spaces and a covered garage spot. A shared tennis court and ski storage are also available. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Access to the apartment is via an internal staircase going down.
