I love this village and enjoy helping guests get the most out of their stay — from the best table at a local restaurant to the quietest spot by the falls. Being close by means I can respond quickly and make sure everything's ready for you.

Chagrin Falls has that rare small-town charm that's hard to find — a walkable downtown lined with local shops and restaurants, the falls right in the center of it all, and a village atmosphere that feels welcoming year-round. It's the kind of place people fall in love with after just one visit, and I wanted to give guests the chance to experience it up close.

This is a spacious, fully updated 5-bedroom home right in the village — and as far as I know, it's the only 5-bedroom short-term rental within walking distance of the falls. It's ideal for large families or groups who want room to spread out without giving up a true walk-everywhere location.
