We loved our stay at this brand-new, exceptionally clean suite and would definitely book it again! However, there were a few discrepancies between the booking listing and the actual room. The suite was smaller than the provided pictures suggested, and one of the beds was a twin size instead of the advertised queen. On the plus side, we had a shower instead of a bathtub, which was a very pleasant and welcome difference for us.To improve the guest experience, a few simple additions would go a long way. The room lacked basic eating utensils (forks, knives, spoons, or chopsticks), and we had to purchase our own toilet paper as none was provided. Having access to a clothes iron would also be highly beneficial.Additionally, it would be incredibly helpful for the hosts to provide clear written instructions or a house manual on how to manage the garbage and recycling, as well as how to operate the floor heating and air conditioning units. Despite these minor issues, it is a lovely, safe and spotless place to stay!
