The spacious garden area with a pool and hot tub (for a fee) invites you to relax and unwind. Here you’ll find plenty of space to enjoy wonderful vacation days together in a peaceful setting.

The nearby swimming spot at Lake Neppermin, the golf course in Balm, and various restaurants in Neppermin and the surrounding towns of Balm and Mellenthin ensure a variety of vacation activities.

The vacation rental is located on the top floor of an apartment building constructed in 2014, which contains a total of eight residential units.

This quietly located vacation apartment on the top floor (2nd floor) offers you the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation on Usedom.

Spanning approximately 43 m², the apartment features a separate bedroom with a cozy double bed, as well as a bright living and dining area with an open kitchen. The comfortable sofa bed, which is 1.30 m wide, provides an additional sleeping space for a third person. For even more comfort, you can use the topper provided with the apartment on the sofa bed.

A special highlight is the spacious, beautifully landscaped garden, which is available for shared use. Here you can spend relaxing hours and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

The communal pool is available seasonally and subject to weather conditions. It is not heated. The pool cannot be used in freezing temperatures.

The hot tub offers special moments of relaxation. It can be used for a fee of €20.00 per hour for up to 3 people, following appropriate instruction. If you’re interested, please speak directly with the on-site caretaker, who will provide information on its use and conduct the instruction.

A parking space right next to the house and Wi-Fi are, of course, available to you free of charge.

Attention golfers: As our guests, you’ll receive a 30% discount on green fees at the nearby golf courses Golfpark Balmer See and Baltic Hills in Korswandt. You can conveniently pick up the corresponding vouchers at our office.
