Large vacation apartment with terrace in Neppermin am Achterwasser

Our vacation home is located in the quiet hinterland of the island of Usedom, in the village of Neppermin, a district of the municipality of Benz.

Neppermin is distinguished by its beautiful and peaceful location on the shores of Lake Neppermin, a bay in the eastern part of the Achterwasser.
The village is well connected to Usedom’s road network via the federal highway; from here, you can explore the “Sun Island” by car or bicycle.
The house, which is approximately 80 square meters in size, is situated on a quiet, fenced-in private lot accessible via a side street.
There is a free parking space available in front of the house.
The large terrace is accessible from the kitchen and from outside; a hedge provides privacy.
Here you can enjoy breakfast and start the day refreshed!


The rooms:
You enter the house through a large, bright porch (12 square meters) with seating, a table, and a coat rack.
There are also some brochures available on the porch to help you get an overview of the “highlights” of Usedom Island.
From there, you’ll enter the hallway, which leads to all the other rooms.


Living room (22 sqm): couch, coffee table, wall unit, TV, soundbar, and game collection

Bedroom (19 sqm): double bed, nightstands, sleeper sofa/bed (“full-size bed” with a sleeping surface of approx. 190x160 cm), wardrobe

Bathroom (9 sqm): Sink, bathroom cabinets, washing machine, shower, toilet

Fully equipped kitchen (12 sqm): 4-burner ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer combo, dining table, and radio

Patio (19 sqm): Table with four chairs, grill, storage box
