We offer a BBQ (propane), corn hole and fire pit. 3 adult kayaks, 1 teenage size and a paddle board (please bring your own life vest). A fully stocked kitchen, all appliances including a wine fridge.

Second Bedroom: Queen bedroom located right next to a full hallway bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Black-out curtains and ceiling fan.

Hybrid Rec-Room / 3rd Bedroom: A versatile space featuring a double queen bed, a comfortable couch, and its own private bathroom. Smart TV, Black-out curtains and ceiling fan.

Outdoors, enjoy the 2.5-acre lawn and riverfront deck (note: 3 steps up to the deck, 2 steps into one room).

Guest access
You’ll enjoy full access to the entire home, riverfront deck, and roughly 1.25 acres of grounds! Please note that the other 1.25 acres is reserved for our friendly goats Hazel and Stella (secured behind a locked electric fence) and is off-limits to guests. The garage is also private/locked.
