The wonderful Villa Serenita is located in the family part of Medulin. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each decorated in its own style, from charming-romantic to urban or elegant, and can accommodate up to 8+1 guests. Everything is kept in a very warm style and gives you a feeling of home. The luxurious villa is divided into 2 floors filled with natural light. The first floor consists of a spacious and bright living room with TV, a cozy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. The staircase leads to the second floor, where there are three further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From one of the bedrooms you have direct access to a covered terrace from where you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view and sunset. The exterior of Villa Serenita will delight you. In front of the villa is a magnificent pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. Just a few steps away is the lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy meals prepared on the charcoal grill, relax in the comfortable sun loungers and watch the children play by the pool.Villa Serenita is located in the tourist town of Medulin, just a few kilometers from Pula. All necessary facilities such as stores, restaurants and bars are not far from the villa and can be reached on foot. Only 100 meters from the villa there are beautiful pebble beaches where you can spend warm and sunny summer days. Take a walk along the promenade surrounded by a pine forest and enjoy the light summer breeze. For all culture lovers, we recommend a visit to the Romanesque town of Pula and the best preserved amphitheater in Europe and the town of Porec with its narrow cobblestone streets and the Euphrasian Basilica, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. An unmissable destination is the Brijuni National Park, which will delight you with its diverse vegetation, beautiful rocky and pebble beaches, numerous archaeological sites and a safari park with many animals. After a busy day, visit one of the many top restaurants offering a variety of traditional dishes such as fuzi or pljukanci with truffles, Istrian boskarin, first-class prosciutto, olive oil and Istrian Malvasia.
