My wife and I had a last minute idea to get out of Phx. and head up to Payson area for the day. We came across this beautiful town home and got a one day say for a reasonable price. That in it self is unheard of.The home is everything and more from what the pictures show, very clean and has all the amenities one needs to cook a great meal.Beds were comfortable and the back patio a welcome relaxing area to take in both views of pine trees and peace and quite. Couches are as comfy as it gets (took 20 minute nap before dinner) and close enough to all your needs without tracking down dirt roads. We will be back.!

My fri nd and I came to Payson for the Gem and Mineral Show and to do some rockhounding. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Checkin instructions were timely and we had. O trouble getting in the house. The hosts were very prompt and responsive when we did have questions. The house was immaculate except for a small stain on the fitted sheet in the master bedroom and I remedied that by sleeping on the top sheet. The kitchen was fully equipped and seating in the living room was comfortable. Our only issue was the smallish driveway and garage but we arrived with two “built” jeep wranglers. I would stay here again when staying in Payson.

We loved our stay. The property, the furnishings and neighborhood are very beautiful. We slept great and enjoyed hanging out as a family. Just a tiny bit of feedback to make it even more amazing…awning in the backyard to stop the furniture from get soaked by the rain and better shower heads. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
