View is as beautiful as the pictures

We had a truly fantastic stay at this apartment! The apartment is so spacious and very comfy beds. The terrace is gorgeous and you can see up and down the lake which is magical. The drive up is quite steep so be prepared but again is very much worth it. The hot tub isn’t actually on the terrace now due to noise and weight on the balcony so might be good to change the pictures. Think it recently got moved so it would be great if more could be made of the garden area near the hot tub now. Also suggest a small freeezer in the garage area given the heat. The air con is also a bit noisy in the main bedroom which I think the last group mentioned. Thanks!

Overall, this was an amazing property. The only item that requires some attention is the AC! There were several issues with that:1: Only one bedroom had AC, so it was not exactly comfortable for my 65 years old brother and 88 year old mother!2: The only AC in the bedroom had a pump attached to it that kept busing every 30 second which made it impossible for us to sleep so we ended up turning off the switch at the electrical panel to deal with that!3: The main AC in the living room is not powerful enough for that room. The room never was cooler that 28!If and when this property takes care of the AC issues, this would be a top pick for us!

Tolle Aussicht

Tolle Aussicht, die war wirklich einzigartig, Wohnung aber in die Jahre gekommen, Kühlschrank musst erst mal von uns abgetaut werden, war völlig vereist, Türe hatte nicht mehr geschlossen, Gasgrill war nicht vorhanden, nur ein Kohlegrill, Whirlpool konnte auch nicht genutzt werden, war ungepflegt, Schlafzimmer waren ok, Dusche im Bad musste immer wieder der Ablauf bearbeitet werden, dass das Wasser ablaufe konnte. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Wohnung nur befriedigend.

Auszeit

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr schönen Blick auf den Iseosee.Die Austattung könnte etwas besser sein.Kücheneinrichtung etwas unstrukturiert und planlos.Klimaanlage macht stark Geräusche was auf Dauer etwas nervig ist.Lage des Whirlpool anders als erwartet und war leider nicht sauber gemacht.Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und für die Wohnung noch Luft nach oben.

Prachtig uitzicht!

Echt genoten van ons weekje in Xino! Rustige ligging met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende bergen. Niet zo toeristisch, maar wel winkel op ong. 15 minuten rijden + enkele restaurantjes dichterbij. Verschillende mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Een echte aanrader!

Traumhafter Blick auf den Iseosee

Ein sehr geräumige Wohnung, mit einer tollen Terrasse und Blick auf den Iseosee. Es war alles sauber und Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Das einzige was ich vermisst habe, war dass keinen kleinen Duschkopf gab, sondern nur eine Regendusche. Tolle Gegend um Wanderungen und Stadtbesichtigungen zu machen. Bergamo ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert! Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.
