Our charming independent house for exclusive use is located in the historic center of Solto Collina, in a hilly area on the charming Lake Iseo at about 450 meters above sea level. The house has 2 bedrooms with bathroom plus annex with bathroom/laundry and room with sofa bed for two people. Kitchen/dining room with access to the garden equipped with chairs, table, umbrella, sun loungers and barbecue. The garden is fenced and exclusive. The house is located in the ancient medieval village with access on foot from the century-old Torre Foresti. XIV. (The car must be parked in the free public car park 100 meters away). In our house you have a completely wooden Finnish tub at your disposal. In winter, with the cold, you can enjoy the luxury of a hot outdoor bath and in summer, with the heat, you can enjoy a cool bath. This for you will be a relaxation of well-being in the silence of nature and the view of our mountains. There is a wooden house for children in the garden full of games.
Access to the house ON FOOT along a cobbled avenue, you pass through the narrow door of the ancient medieval Foresti tower. FREE AND UNLIMITED WI-FI INTERNET. Final cleaning with sanitization Euro 50.00. We accept the presence of animals after an agreement with you.
BED, BATH AND KITCHEN LINEN ON REQUEST FOR 15 EUROS PER PERSON TO BE PAID IN CASH ON ARRIVAL.
THE TOURIST TAX IS 1 EURO PER NIGHT (FOR ONLY 7 NIGHTS) AND IS PAID FROM 14 YEARS OF AGE. PAYMENT IS IN CASH UPON YOUR DEPARTURE.

For your holiday you have the entire house and the fenced garden at your disposal. Relax on the deckchairs, cook on the barbecue, enjoy your food outdoors comfortably on the table and under an umbrella. Behind the house is a meadow with olive trees and a small vegetable garden with aromatic herbs. You can read a book on a swing. See the lake and listen to the sounds of nature. For your animals you have an aviary available. In the annex a comfortable sofa. Immerse yourself in the Finnish tub and toast to your free time and the joy of being in company.

Highly recommended house at Lake Iseo!

It‘s been a great pleasure to stay in the cosy & quiet house with this beautiful garden! The house is nicely equipped with everything you‘ll need and Silvia & Emmanuel were extremly kind and helpfull with everything. We stayed here with three kids, who enjoyed playing in the garden and the small pool. The House is a good starting point for hikes, we also went to the lake several times and enjoyed kid-friendly restaurants/ pizzerias in walking distance!

Sweet

De hostess and her husband were superfriendly and helpful and sweet. The garden had hardly any shade, so it was extremely hot. But every other day the cold tub was cleaned, Silvia and Emanuele are the sweetest. Thank you!

"We like very much this house. It was very quiet and peaceful as we hoped. The situation of the house was good, if you want to do trips to the other lakes or visit Milano and Bergamon. The house was clean and charming. The owners were also very kind and helpful. Some little things from the kitchen: there were no scissors and the chopping board (on which one can cut out bread or meat for example)had seen their best days."

Well equiped appartment in a quiet location with friendly and helpful owners

This was a really nice quiet and private location. Even though temperatures were a bit too high for my liking (always 33 celsius or higher), we mostly managed to sleep comfortably. The (cold) hottub came in handy too for this. There is a shop around the corner that will cover most of your shopping needs. There is no on-site parking, but we had no problems parking in the immediate area (approx. 100m away). Although the owners speak little English there were never any problems communicating (probably with the help of google translate) and they always responded immediately to any of my messages.

Our favorite place while in Italy

This was a magical little place to stay . After the hustle and bustle of Florence and Rome we needed this quiet and peaceful break. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything a family needs. We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed to do so. We loved the little shop near the house, the friendliest people ran it. We got wonderful lunch meat, bread, pasta, and candy (for the kids). Super convenient to have it just steps away. The coffee shop and pharmacy down the street were a great convenience as well.We loved walking the town, the views are lovely and the cardio you get makes it guilt free to eat the lovely pasta and bread for supper!!The hosts met us and hauled our luggage to the home since our very large car would not fit in the entry to the home. But free parking was easy to find and close by.The kids had the very best time playing in the garden and loved the play house. They found snails and butterflies and had the very best time. We all enjoyed the cool evenings and listening to the beautiful birds. Honestly I did not want to leave and looked around online to see how much a home would cost in this adorable village.We made a day trip to Venice for our little girl, it was a haul but totally doable. Verona is an easy drive as well. We explored the beautiful hills and had some lovely drives. The scenery is gorgeous and it seems like the view was painted.I could not recommend the house more. It will be a lovely break.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Di Kommunikation mittels Übersetzer App unkompliziert. Das Gelände und das Haus ist super. Kinder und Hund freuten sich über den Garten. Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer und der Terasse ist unbezahlbar. Wor kommen gerne wieder.

Beaucoup de variété dans les excursions

Un acceuil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, très sympathiques. Une excursion différente chaque jour : Monte Isola, Bergame, la réserve naturelle des tourbières del Sebino, les petits villages de Lovere et Riva di Solto ainsi que les gravures rupestres de Naquane et Cemno ... puis retour dans une maison spacieuse agrémentée d'un beau jardin fermé.

Casa La Ria in Solto Collina

Wir bewohnten das Domizil mit drei Personen und drei Hunden im Aug 23. Wir haben den geräumigen gepflegten Garten sehr genossen. Gerade ein tägliches kühlendes Bad in der finnischen war ein Highlight. Für Hundebesitzer ist hervorzuheben, daß das große Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Etwas nachteilig ist, daß das Auto etwas entfernt geparkt werden musste. Dafür war man aber auch direkt in der Altstadt platziert.

Séjour au bord du lac

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison typique. Le logement est très charmant, situé dans les hauteurs bien au calme et dispose d’un très grand et beau jardin. Notre hôte Silvia a été très accueillante, la communication facile et agréable. Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et toutes vos attentions qui nous ont fait très plaisir.

Heerlijk verblijf

Het huis is precies zoals op de foto's, de eigenaren hebben ons zeer hartelijk verwelkomd met water, sap en wijn en kwamen ons halverwege verrassen met een zelfgebakken crostata. Tijdens het verblijf waren ze goed bereikbaar voor vragen. We hebben in het bijzonder genoten van de ruime tuin (onze zoon en onze labrador konden heerlijk hun gang gaan) en van de tinozza, de hottub die in de hete zomer een perfecte cooltub is!

Traumurlaub mit Kleinkindern

Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit zwei Kleinkindern in Silvias Unterkunft zu Gast. Kurz zusammengefasst war es ein Traumurlaub in einer traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Haus mitsamt Garten ist wunderschön und perfekt für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Man genießt absolute Privatsphäre, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und es gibt alles was man braucht (bspw. Küchenutensilien, Kinderspielzeug, Grill, hot/cold Pott zum abkühlen und planschen, etc.). Es gibt eine tolle Badestelle (Holzplattformen) in Riva die Solto (7 Minuten mit dem Auto) und die wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Supermarkt, Apotheke, Café/Eis und Pizzeria fußläufig. Die Gastfreundschaft von Silvia und ihrem Mann ist unglaublich und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Séjour très agréable, Silvia et Emanuele sont hyper accueillants, plein de petites attentions (différentes boissons à notre arrivée et un gâteau fait maison dès le lendemain). Leur bienveillance est vraiment appréciable. La maison est confortable et très bien située.

Perfektes Familienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einem sehr schönen Garten. Es hat viel Atmosphäre, da es direkt am alten Ortskern in zweiter Reihe liegt und man hineingelangt durch einen malerischen Hof aus dem 12. Jahrhundert. Vom Elternschlafzimmer hat man einen traumhaften Seeblick. Da es diesen April recht kühl war, war ich sehr froh, dass die Heizung es überall im Haus gemütlich warm gemacht hat. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr sehr nett und ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es viele lohnende Ziele wie hübsche Städtchen oder beschilderte Wanderwege.

Tolles Haus in herrlicher Umgebung

Wir, zwei Ehepaare, haben hier eine herrliche Woche verbracht. Das Ein-und Auschecken war problemlos. Für vier Personen ist das Haus ideal; alles war sauber und gepflegt. Alles was man benötigt, war vorhanden (incl. einem guten Grill samt Holzkohle). Sogar ein Willkommensgruß incl. selbst gebackenem Kuchen sowie ein Abschiedsgeschenk wurde uns überreicht. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Court séjour très agreable

Merci a Silvia pour son accueil aux petits soins. La maison est très agréable et le bannia très apprécié surtout par les enfants qui ont pu se rafraîchir en fin de journée après les escapades. Le superbe jardin est grand et bien clôturé, notre chien a pu rester à l'ombre pendant nos visites de la ville. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter le lac Isola et ses rives, qui sont qu'à 3km. En voiture ou pour des marcheurs +++ car il y une grande côte a monter. Solto Collina est un village pittoresque situé sur les hauteurs du lac. Une petite voiture est pratique pour rentrer dans les ruelles du village. Nous remercions Silvia et son mari pour leur disponibilité, gentillesse et les attestations a notre égard. Nous recommandons le séjour chez Silvia. Grazie mille Silvia.

Ebenso der liebevoll angelegte Garten welcher komplett umzäunt ist war ideal für uns als Hundebesitzer. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Super schöne Landschaft..

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, sehr sauber.. Meiner Meinung nicht ganz Barierefrei, Aber hat alles super geklappt, hab keinerlei Probleme. Ist alles exakt genauso wie beschrieben. Wenn wir wieder nach Italien gehen dann ist das unsere 1te Adresse.. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft
