On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living and dining area with a cozy wood-burning stove—perfect for relaxing evenings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want and is ideal for cooking together. Also on this level are two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which is wheelchair-accessible. The first floor is rounded out by a guest restroom and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a soothing sauna.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with double beds, one of which opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh sea air. There is also another bathroom on this floor.

A special highlight is the large garden, located right next to the nature reserve, which combines tranquility with the beauty of nature. The furnished, partially covered terrace, a beach chair, and a charcoal grill invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. The garage is conveniently available for your bicycles or water sports equipment.
