This beautiful two-room apartment, featuring a balcony sheltered from the wind and weather that catches the midday sun, awaits you on the first floor of Villa Seeadler. It’s just under 30 meters from the building’s entrance to the beach promenade, beyond which the magnificent sandy beach of Binz stretches out like something out of a picture book. To the right, you can see the pier and the Granitz; to the left, Prora, Mukran, Sassnitz, and the chalk cliffs come into view.
From the hallway, you enter the combined living and dining room on the left. The extremely tastefully furnished room is cleverly divided into separate functional areas and is pleasantly flooded with light thanks to windows on two sides. Make yourself comfortable on the wonderfully cozy upholstered furniture in front of the large-screen Smart TV, read a good book, listen to your favorite music, or surf the Internet—free Wi-Fi is available. The couch can be converted into a sleeping area for one person if needed.
The custom-built kitchenette features a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven with an integrated microwave at a comfortable height, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, and a comprehensive selection of cookware and tableware.
You can choose to dine either at the large dining table in the living room or outside on your balcony in the fresh Baltic Sea air. By the way, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the nearest grocery store with a bakery. Restaurants and cafés line the beach promenade.
On the opposite side of the hallway, the bedroom impresses not only with its spaciousness but above all with a wonderfully comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) in warm wood tones, various seating options, a selection of books, and adjustable reading and room lighting. Pleated blinds and blackout curtains ensure that even the most dedicated late sleepers can relax to their heart’s content.
The adjoining bathroom, bathed in natural light, is wonderfully spacious and modern. In addition to a floor-level glass shower, a toilet, and an illuminated sink with a hair dryer, you’ll also find plenty of storage space and hooks for your toiletries.
A special highlight of Apartment 619 is the connecting room between the bathroom and the bedroom, which not only serves as a walk-in closet but also offers plenty of space for suitcases, bags, and more.
In the building’s underground parking garage (duplex parking spaces with a maximum height of 1.50 m), parking space No. 619 is reserved for your car. Guests with larger vehicles are asked to use the paid large-vehicle parking lot, located about a 10-minute walk away. There is also a storage room for bicycles in the underground garage.
As a special extra, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beautiful sandy beach in Binz during the season (approximately from late May to late September).
Apartment 619 is designed for 1–3 people. There is also space for an optional travel crib for toddlers. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted.
