One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room and both bedrooms open onto the spacious balcony with a sea view. Your vehicle will have an underground parking space in the building (double parking space with a maximum height of 1.50 m). Alternatively, a parking space is available at the “P1 Zentrum” parking lot (Proraer Chaussee). Free Wi-Fi is provided. The apartment is quietly located on the historic Binz beach promenade. The fine-sand beach is just a few steps away. It’s about a 600-meter walk along the beautiful beach promenade to the Kurplatz, the pier, and the traffic-calmed town center. Shopping and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
