It is centrally located, but still in a quiet area in the best of locations, near the Maschsee, Sprengel Museum and the City Hall of Hanover. The holiday home features comfortable and well-equipped rooms. It is approximately 53 square meters, with one bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a living room with a comfortable 160 cm wide sofa bed. The holiday home features a balcony overlooking a garden, where smoking is allowed.

For business travelers, the holiday home comes with high speed internet and WiFi a complete work space. For families with young children, a travel cot, a high chair, and a buggy are all provided free of charge. All coffee connoisseurs are pampered with a deluxe coffee machine. The fully equipped kitchen with modern equipment leaves nothing to be desired for self-catering. The apartment is conveniently located across from a coffee shop and very close to several restaurants, bars and grocery stores. A washing machine and dryer are available for use.
