The house, featuring a large sunroom and a fenced-in garden, is located on a quiet street on the outskirts of Lüdenscheid, with direct access to the forest bordering the property. We have lovingly renovated and furnished it. The four comfortably furnished bedrooms can accommodate 8 people (+ 1 crib). A fold-out guest bed can also be added. You’ll instantly feel at home in the cozy kitchen and the adjoining spacious living room.
The house is heated by a gas central heating system. The living room and kitchen are equipped with underfloor heating. The vacation home has a full basement. The basement houses the boiler room and an utility room with a washing machine and a small freezer.
The first floor features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, another bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, the kitchen, and the living room with a smart TV. The large sunroom is directly accessible from the kitchen.
Three additional bedrooms, a living area with a sink and a second TV, and a toilet are located on the upper floor.
Of course, board games, toys for the little ones, and reading material are all provided.

If you open the garden gate at the back, you’ll find yourself right in the forest with its kilometers of hiking trails.
