Chic manufacturer's villa (over 550m²) with tennis court and 6000 sqm. Garden offers unique comfort for large families or groups.

The location is ideal: only a 10 minute walk from the town centre with its many restaurants, bars and shops. However, with no direct neighbours, privacy is guaranteed.

The train station is directly opposite with direct connections to Dortmund and Düsseldorf (approx. 35 minutes) and Cologne (approx. 45 minutes).

A total of 10 rooms:

Of course, internet access via Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the house.

We can provide you with all kind of services such as privat chef, luxury car rental (Bugatti, Ferrari, Bentley, etc.), driver, shuttle service etc. on request.

The tennis court will be operational starting in June.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights.

One-night stay is possible with a 50% surcharge and prior approval.

Our villa is the perfect place for creative projects. Photo and video shoots are possible upon request (!!!).

For public holidays, a surcharge of 30% on the total booking is applied.

Due to trade fairs, a surcharge of 50% on the total booking is applied.

We reserve the right to set special conditions regarding prices, minimum stay, and occupancy for peak dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, major trade fairs, etc. These may differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated upon request. We appreciate your understanding.

The property is monitored externally by video (only the house entrances). Your privacy is, of course, not compromised by this. Please inform your group accordingly.

The number of guests specified at the time of booking is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation. If the number of arriving guests exceeds the original number, we kindly ask for an additional fee for each extra guest for the entire stay.
