Welcome to this beachfront 2-room apartment in Niendorf, located on the first floor, with 54 m² of living space, and furnished to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.

The apartment’s hallway features a coat rack and a mirror.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a dining area.
In the adjoining kitchenette, you’ll find an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, and a dishwasher.

From the living room, you have direct access to the south-west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200m, full-length mattress), a wardrobe, nightstands, and blackout curtains.
A travel crib is provided free of charge.

The bathroom features a shower, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.

A bicycle storage room and a bicycle parking area next to the house are available.

A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage.
Since your underground parking space is a duplex space (two cars parked one above the other), it is only permitted for vehicles with maximum dimensions of 5.00 m in length, 1.90 m in width, 1.50 m in height, and a total weight of 2,000 kg (unfortunately, no station wagons).
The 1.90 m high entrance to the underground parking garage is accessible from Travemünder Landstraße.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer an alternative parking space.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.
