The spacious living area, featuring a cozy sofa bed, a stereo system, and a flat-screen TV, feels like a sunroom thanks to its design and offers plenty of warmth and light on sunny days. The dining table is perfect for meals, chatting, and playing games.

The adjacent, separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a spacious closet.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a combination microwave-convection oven, and a dishwasher.

On the furnished terrace, you can wind down after a long day at the beach with a good glass of wine or a cold beer.
The shower room is equipped with a hair dryer for your use.

The Strandhotel Niendorf apartment complex has an elevator that takes you to the sauna area on the 3rd floor, which you can use for a fee.
You’ll also find a coin-operated washing machine and dryer there.

During the summer months, you can look forward to a free beach chair at Niendorfer Strand.

A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house.
