Perfect 1-bedroom apartment with AC in welcoming Fitches Creek

I’m originally from Jamaica and have called Antigua home for many years. I enjoy travelling myself, so I appreciate how much the little things can matter when you’re away from home.

As a host, I try to give guests the best of both worlds: plenty of privacy and independence, while being readily available whenever you need me. I enjoy sharing local recommendations and doing the small things that can make a stay more comfortable and memorable. If there’s something I can reasonably do to make your stay better, just ask.

Fitches Creek is one of the things I enjoy most about the property. It is a quiet, established residential community that feels removed from the busier parts of Antigua, while still being conveniently located only about 10–12 minutes from the airport.

The area is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a lovely place to come back to after a day exploring the island. The nearby Fitches Creek waterfront is also a pleasant place for a walk and to enjoy the surroundings.

It is particularly well suited to guests who value peace and quiet but still want convenient access to the rest of the island.

The apartment has a relaxed, homely character, with high exposed wooden ceilings, plenty of natural light and a spacious bedroom and living area.

One of my favourite features is the large tropical yard surrounding the property, with coconut, soursop and plantain trees. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space and the peaceful surroundings.

More than anything, I try to make the experience personal. From refreshments and snacks on arrival to local recommendations and being readily available when needed, my aim is for guests to feel genuinely welcome and comfortable rather than as though they are simply staying in another rental.
