We've had great success and all 5 star reviews with Sunset Seaclusion, our 3 bed unit, and are so excited to now offer a smaller option for folks still looking for excellent quality, exceptional cleanliness but in a 1 bedroom. We are Premier Hosts on the 3 bed unit. This property is a 1 bed, 1.5 bath condo that's perfect if you're looking to escape to the beach. The deck is ideal for enjoying the coastal breeze. There are 2 pools (1 outdoor, 1 indoor), jacuzzi and a small gym located an easy 2 minute walk from the front door. This is a 2nd floor unit with staircase but no elevator access.

We are located directly across the street from the intercoastal and 3 miles to toes in the sand! Calabash, the Seafood Capital of the World, is only 2.5 miles away with amazing restaurants and shopping including Callahan's which is a shopping experience that you certainly don't want to miss! North Myrtle Beach is a 20 minute drive with tons of restaurants and shopping all along the way. Barefoot Landing is about 30 minutes and Broadway At the Beach is about 40 minutes. Both of these destinations provide multiple eating options and lots of shopping and strolling. Downtown Wilmington is worth the drive of about 1 hour away. Southport, NC is about 50 minutes away and it's the perfect quant destination for a nice day of strolling a historical area.

Our recent updates include all new laminate flooring, new paint throughout, new ceiling fans with remotes, new TVs, updated furniture, a new mattress and new appliances. Interior shutters in both the family room and bedroom allow for lots of natural light but also the option to fully close off for privacy.

Condo looks exactly like the photos, is so cute and decorated nicely. Great location and easy drive to the beach and restaurants. I can’t wait to return and stay longer!

We are excited to share our home with you and hope that you love it as much as we do! We purchased our first condo in 2021 after a vast search along the NC coast. We've had great success renting via VRBO and always had very happy guests. We chose the Sunset Beach area because it's lovely, quaint and does not have a big city feel. However, a short drive takes you to either Wilmington or Myrtle Beach and both areas offer a vast amount of restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

As a NC native, I have always loved the beach! I attended college at UNC-Wilmington and fell in love with our southern beaches and the surrounding area. Pierre grew up in Massachusetts and attended Roger Williams University on the coast of Rhode Island. We have both been fortunate to live near the ocean but having tipped my toes in the waters in the northern states, I assure you that the NC beaches are much better!

We live in the Raleigh, NC area. Our state offers the beauty of being able to get to the beach or mountains within just a few hours. We much prefer the warmth of the coast.
The condo represents our desire to provide our renters with a comfortable, relaxing, organized and meticulously clean home to enjoy your vacation. We are happy to answer your questions or address any concerns that you may have.

We chose this property because we love the beautiful drive to the beach along Shoreline Drive. We're only 3 miles to the beach but you can see the Intracoastal from the entrance. We're central to numerous local attractions, restaurants and a short drive to Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.

Sunset Seaclusion II has modern updates and beautiful furnishings! It truly is a lovely retreat for a short weekend or extended stay! The deck gets shade most of the day and has a peaceful view of pool. When we purchased the condo in 2026, it underwent a complete update. The property has all new paint, modern light fixtures, all new hardware, door handles and new flooring throughout. The furniture is new and comfortable. The mattress is new and sealed. Our kitchen is fully stocked with an array of dishes, cookware, Keurig and coffee pods, toaster oven, toaster and crock pot. We love our beach home and are certain that as our guest, you will have all of the amenities to ensure that your stay is relaxing and enjoyable!
