Had to call to get screen porch cleaned (pollen and dust). Dishwasher was extremely loud.very comfortable and clean inside.

The pictures online looked amazing.. Until we arrived. The first thing we noticed was the moldy smell as soon as we opened the door. Here's a list of things that was wrong with the place: carpet was pieced together, wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off the wall, blinds at the patio door was falling off, lamp was falling apart, plug in covers on the walls were hanging on, the air condition in the second room DID NOT WORK! When I called the front office to complain I was told they could send some air fresher over and have maintenance come by, never seen anyone. I spent too much money on this place to have had these issues.

Thank you for your feedback. Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We regret that you were disappointed in your stay however when you contacted the office to report the maintenance items, we offered to send housekeeping and maintenance over and you declined. We have a full-time guest service housekeeping and maintenance team available to assist guests in the event that anything needs to be addressed. We hope you will consider booking again in the future.
