Located in the center of Kellenhusen, about 400–500 meters from the beach, the edge of the forest, and shopping. Light-filled living room with access to the large southeast-facing balcony and the open-concept kitchen area, equipped with a comfortable sitting area, LED TV, and dining area. Small but well-appointed kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. A total of two bedrooms with ample closet space—one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds and an LED TV—as well as a well-maintained shower room. All rooms can be darkened with exterior roller shutters. The building features a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) as well as a drying room. A parking space is reserved for your vehicle. Bicycle storage is available in the building’s bike basement. - Please note: The final cleaning fee and visitor’s tax are added to the rental price listed in the price list!
