Beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the desirable Magnolia North community in Myrtle Beach, SC. Peaceful, quite and family friendly is what you will find here. It comes fully furnished, this move-in-ready unit is only 1 mile to the beach and 4 pools on the property. Golf course, Great restaurants, shopping and popular attractions near by. Inside you have a bright and open floor plan featuring volume ceilings in the dining area, living room, and primary bedroom. The kitchen offers white cabinetry, white countertops, tile flooring, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining area features a glass table with four chairs, while the spacious family room includes a cozy fireplace and beautiful living room furniture. Large sliding glass doors fill the home with natural light and lead to a covered balcony overlooking the pool and BBQ area. The outdoor living space is complete with gas grills with tables ablnd chairs for your outdoor cooking. I am from NC. I love the beach and moved to Myrtle Beach in 2018 during a hard time in my life. Im retired and enjoy my days dancing amd listening to great Beach music. The beach has been my healing and happy place. There is always music playing somewhere, great food and shopping. The ocean, sand, and sun bring healing to the soul.

The 4 pools, golf course and beautiful landscape are right at the front and back door. I have great friendly neighbors who are always willing to help and give a smile. The neighbors are quite and the outdoor grills and tables make it a fun cooking experience

I love the 3rd floor with its unique vaulted ceilings. It makes the rooms fill bigger and is very spacious. The views are the best! It is a very clean and well kept unit that is fully furnished so all you need is your clothes and some food.
